We are arranging a series of paid, confidential conversations with owners, founders, and C-suite leaders at MGAs and underwriting businesses. The focus is the fronting carrier landscape — which fronting carriers programs use, how those relationships get chosen, and what is working or falling short. Each engagement starts with a paid one-hour conversation scheduled around your calendar. This is advisory work, not a job change: nothing about your current role is affected, we never contact your employer, and you decide exactly what you share.
Role responsibilities
- Share your perspective on the fronting carrier market in a single scheduled conversation
- Speak to how your firm evaluates and selects fronting carriers, and why
- Discuss program structure, capacity, and what you look for in a fronting relationship
- Optionally take part in occasional follow-up conversations as topics evolve
Requirements
- Owner, founder, or C-suite leader at an MGA, program administrator, or underwriting business
- Direct experience selecting or managing fronting carrier relationships
- Comfortable sharing a high-level, non-confidential view of the market
- No conflict with your current role — participation is entirely your choice
