Spark & Scale Recruiting is a recruiting and advisory firm focused on finance and insurance. We work with underwriters, MGAs, banks, and auto and consumer lenders to bring candidates a curated set of full-time placements and contract engagements. We also connect senior operators with paid advisory work — short, confidential conversations that fit around a full-time role and don't affect it. Many opportunities are fully remote, with the rest hybrid or in-person across the U.S. Candidates are never charged — our partners pay us.
