Do candidates pay anything to work with you?

No. Candidates are never charged. Our partner companies pay us when they hire — you'll never see a bill from us for any part of the process.

Do I need to apply to a specific role?

No. Share your details once and we'll match you against everything we're working — full-time roles, contract engagements, and advisory conversations — rather than just a single posting.

What kinds of opportunities do you have?

Full-time and contract roles across insurance and lending — underwriting, program business, fronting relationships, auto and consumer lending, and lending operations — plus paid advisory engagements for senior operators who want to share their expertise without leaving their current role.

Will advisory or consulting work conflict with my full-time job?

No. Advisory engagements are paid and confidential and start with a one-hour conversation scheduled around your calendar. You decide what you're comfortable discussing, we never contact your employer, and taking part has no bearing on your current role.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to reply within two business days. If we think there's a fit with a current or near-term opening, we'll reach out directly. If your background doesn't match anything open today, we'll keep your resume on file and be in touch when it does.

What happens after I submit my resume?

We submit you for the roles where we see a real fit, on an ongoing basis — not just once. If a hiring manager wants to interview you, we'll reach out to set it up. You'll always know where things stand.

Will you share my resume with anyone without telling me?

Your resume only goes to partner companies and hiring teams we believe are a real fit for a specific role — not to anyone else, and never to public job boards. You can ask us to stop, remove your information, or pause your search at any time.

Who do you work with?

Underwriters and MGAs, banks, and auto, powersports, and consumer lenders — from owners and C-suite leaders to underwriting, program, originations, and operations roles. Many opportunities are fully remote; the rest are hybrid or in-person.

Where are your roles located?

Remote-first across the U.S., plus New York, Dallas, and wherever our partners are hiring.

Can I update my resume or preferences later?

Yes — send a new version to madison@scaleprogramspark.com with a note on what's changed and we'll update your file.

How do I withdraw from your pipeline?

Email madison@scaleprogramspark.com at any time and we'll remove your information. You can also see our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your data.
