A financial services lender is engaging a contract Director of Lending Operations to lead a systems implementation and tighten servicing operations. A six-to-nine-month engagement with potential to extend.
Role responsibilities
- Lead a lending systems implementation across servicing and collections
- Map and improve origination-to-servicing operational processes
- Partner with vendors and internal teams on data migration and testing
- Stand up reporting and operational KPIs for the loan book
Requirements
- 7+ years in lending or loan-servicing operations
- Direct experience implementing or managing lending or servicing systems
- Comfortable leading vendor-driven implementations end to end
- Available for a contract engagement (remote, US)
